How it works
The process is the same as for any patient: assessment comes first.

- We agree a date, location and reason for the consultation
- The assessment takes place in person, in Managua or Matagalpa
- The consultation can be held in English or Spanish

Scope of this care
All prescriptions and treatments require an in-person medical assessment. No medication is guaranteed in advance of that assessment, and no request for medication is handled without clinical evaluation.

Can I continue treatment I started in another country?
That is assessed at the consultation. Bring details of your current treatment and any recent test results.
